MSc alumni Dr Libby Sallnow and Dr Sam Edward were awarded first and second prize at the Royal Society of Medicine Christmas Meeting on 12 December where they gave presentations based on their MSc research project. 

Dr Sallnow’s research focused on models of volunteering in palliative care. Dr Edward’s research project looked at prognostic indicators in patients with renal failure.
