In order to join the UKROC project you need to register your unit by completing and returning the Service Profile form. This can be obtained via the UKROC team.

Once your Service profile form has been returned the UKROC project team will send you a copy of the UKROC data collection software and user guide. Data collection can start immediately.

When do I submit data?

Units aspiring to Level 1 or 2a status should submit a psuedonymised export of the UKROC database on a monthly basis to nwlh-tr.ukroc@nhs.net at the end of each month.

 

Level 2b units can submit a psuedonymised export of the UKROC database on a quarterly basis to nwlh-tr.ukroc@nhs.net at the end of each month as follows: 

• June 2013
• September 2013
• December 2013
• March 2013
